Quick answer: The Shachamon Eilat neighborhood is located in the south of the city, west of the bay, and according to the Real Estate Center (March 2024), it features villas and cottages alongside buildings up to 8 floors and towers up to 20 floors. As of 20.10.2026, Livo has 26 active properties listed by hosts in Shachamon, including 10 villas for 10 to 30 guests. All 10 villas are marked with a private pool, and in 6 of them, heating is noted in the list of facilities or in the description. The neighborhood is not on the waterfront, and you drive to North Beach and the marina.
The table below divides the 10 active villas on Livo in the Shachamon neighborhood by maximum number of guests, as of 20.10.2026. Half of them, 5 out of 10, are suitable for 21 to 30 guests, making Shachamon especially suitable for an extended family or a large group.
