The Property The complex includes a villa and 4 suites (2 double suites and 2 suitable for 4 people). -The villa is built on 3 levels – two spacious floors and a private rooftop. First floor: Master bedroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom that is a safe room (MAMAD), an additional bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. On this floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, a breakfast bar, and a dining table. There is an option for 4 mattresses. At your disposal is a large balcony with a dining area, a gas grill, and breathtaking views of the Dead Sea, the mountains, and the pool. Second floor: 2 additional master bedrooms (with toilet and shower), another fully equipped kitchen, a large living room facing the sea, a dining table, a front balcony with direct sea views, and a quiet back balcony. Third floor (rooftop): Private rooftop with an Intex pool (2 by 4 meters). -The suites are designed as stylish studio units with a double bed (2 of them also have a pull-out double sofa), a TV, a bathroom, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a gas stove, a cabinet, a kettle, and a dining table. The pool is fenced. The private yard includes a heated pool overlooking the sea, a large gas grill, seating areas, and sun loungers. The villa can accommodate up to 26 guests. For the religious sector, there is a hot plate and a hot water urn. 2 minutes walk to the sea. Guest Access In Neve Zohar, you will find a variety of local services for your convenience, such as a minimarket, a coffee shop, a gas station, free parking, and easy access to the Dead Sea beach.
